Cancellation Policy Highlights

• First Short-Notice Cancellation

Things happen. Your first cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours will not incur a charge. Consider it a courtesy as unexpected situations can arise.

• Subsequent Cancellations Within 48 Hours

For any additional late cancellations or missed appointments, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

• Multiple Services Booked on the Same Day

If multiple services are missed on the same day, we will charge for the higher-cost treatment only.

• No Charge with Filled Appointments

No fee will be applied if we’re able to fill your canceled time with another patient.

Through this policy, we aim to respect your time as well as that of our team and fellow patients. If we’re given advanced notice, we can dedicate that appointment slot to patients needing treatment.
